The beginning

Empty entire DIY Plant-based Burger pouch into a large mixing bowl.

Measure your liquids

Use the pouch as a measuring device. Fill the pouch with cold water up to the dotted water line. Do not empty yet.

The Final Step

Add oil into the pouch up to the dotted oil line. Now you can pour all the liquid contents into the mixing bowl. Mix everything until even, and allow it to sit for 5 to 10 minutes.

  1. You can use cold or ice water for optimal results.
  2. Zip lock the bag and shake the water and oil to collect the seasoning in the bag. 
  3. Use the folding method when mixing.
  4. After mixing the dry & wet ingredients, you can let it sit in the fridge for better handling when making burger patties.
